For three generations, we’ve believed that genuine hospitality is rewarding and important for
promoting our region, Cinque Terre.
A family-run business driven by passion, a typical Ligurian building, and a 360° panoramic terrace
overlooking the town and the sea are await you here in Corniglia; a place where the spaces, pace,
and lifestyle are those of a small paradise nestled between land and sea.
Il Carugio building is located in the walkable center of Corniglia the perfect location to explore Cinque Terre and experiencing the village in every season.
Spread across three floors, it’s divided into apartments, studios flat , and a double bedroom.
The rooftop terrace offers an amazing open view on the entire village, San Bernardino sanctuary, and the sea.
Il Carugio can hosts a maximum of 20 guests. We are always happy to welcome trekking groups, large families, or friends vacationing together; the terrace is equipped as a shared space for unique moments.
Our property agree to the Environmental Quality Mark of the Cinque Terre National Park and Marine Protected Area CETS Phase II – this ensures our guests are choosing a property that enhances the local heritage and protects the area with environmental sustainability initiatives to preserve it. From the first door you’ll take ten steps and you’ll arrive at “Tavernetta”, a cozy and fresh space characteristic from Italian style. From here, a private access conduce you to the cliff in 10 minutes.
The apartment consists of kitchen with 2 hobs and fridge, double bed (separable in two single beds), a sofa that can be transformed in 2 more single beds, a large bathroom with shower, little space outside with table and chairs.
